Royal Challengers Bangalore won against table toppers but their qualification is still uncertain

RCB is alive because King Kohli performed and because of their team effort. Gujarat is still on 1st position and this lose did not cost them because their position in top two is sure.

1st innings:

Hardik Pandya won the toss and decided to bat first. Hazlewood got first wicket of Shubhman Gill in 3rd over. Saha was playing good but got run out on 31 by Bangalore captain.  Wade went on 16 before brilliant partnership by Miller and Hardik. Captain leaded from the front by scoring 62 and in the end, Rashid hit couple of sixes and Gujarat set the total of 168. Hazlewood got 2 wickets and Maxwell also got one.

2nd innings:

Bangalore started really well and this time, Kohli scored runs. Du Plesis got out in 15th over after scoring 44 in 38 balls. Virat Kohli made 74 in 54 balls and Rashid got his wicket. Maxwell ended the things really well by making 40 at the strike rate of 222. Bangalore now has 16 points but their net run rate can hurt them later.
