Latest World Test Championship rankings, which teams are going into the final?

In the current World Test Championship rankings, Proteas are on top with the percentage points of 71.43 followed by the Aussies on second spot with 70% pionts they gained in three series. Both teams have played 3 series, Australia won 6 matches out of 10 they played whereas South Africa won 5 out of 7.

Pakistan is on third position with 58.33% in 4 series and they can qualify for the final. India(52.08%) is not in very good position but they are still in qualifying race. Other teams are almost out of the qualifying race. The current champions, New Zealand and England are the only teams, who played 5 series.

Qualification chances:

1 AUSTRALIA: Australian team have bright chances to qualify for the final as they are in strong position and they need 6 wins in 9 matches they will play. They will compete against West Indies at home in 2 test matches before playing the 3-match series with South Africa on home soil. They are likely to win all the test matches of both series and if they do so then, they will need only one win in India tour.

2 PAKISTAN: The qualification is much easier for Pakistan than other teams because they are playing their fourth series against Sri Lanka and after this, they will host New Zealand and England so they can make their way into the final effortlessly.

3 INDIA: India will have to whitewash Australia to play the final which is not going to be easy. They will also play against Bangladesh, which will not be difficult for India to win.

4 SOUTH AFRICA: Proteas are in strong position but their upcoming schedule is not very easy as they will tour Australia and England.
