England broke their own world record of highest score in ODIs against Netherlands

In 2018, England made the highest ever total in ODI against Australia, which was 481, when Australia was struggling because their main players were banned. Now England broke that record by making 498 against Netherlands in first ODI of the series.
In 2018, two English players hit centuries in that match but this time, three England players hit the tons. Jos Buttler made his carrer best 162 in this match in just 70 balls and he was the top scorer from England. Apart from him, Philip Salt and David Malan hit tons. After losing the early wicket of Roy, Salt and Malan made massive partnership of 222 runs. Philip made 122 whereas Malan scored 125. Livingstone smashed 66 at the strike rate of 300 and hit 6 fours and 6 sixes in his knock. England made 498 runs at the lose of 4 wickets in 50 overs. Van Beek was the only bowler from Netherlands, who had economy below 9.
Netherlands did not make an impressive start and because of losing continuous wickets, they got all out on 266 and England won the match by 232 runs. Against Australia, England won the match by 242 runs and Alex Hales was the top scorer with 147 runs. Jos Buttler became the man of the match for his outstanding 162.
